Sörge Drosten is Managing Director and owner of BOARDLINK Executive Consultants International GmbH and founder of the BOARDLINK Global Network. He has been one of the most renowned personnel consultants in Germany and Europe for twenty years. His clients include numerous family-managed companies as well as medium-sized businesses and large corporations placing confidence in him. During his career he has successfully completed more than 1,000 search mandates.

Sörge Drosten served for 16 years as a managing director and partner with different responsibilities for the Kienbaum Group. As the managing director responsible for twenty international offices in America, Europe and Asia and as head of the global Technology Practice he left his mark and sustainably defined Kienbaum’s executive search division. Previously, Sörge Drosten worked as Vice President and Member of the Executive Board of the Korn / Ferry Group, leading the Technology Practice in Germany. To launch his career in corporate and human resources consulting, he chose the British No. 1, PA Consulting Group, where he successfully realized major mandates in the automotive industry and in the mechanical engineering sector. Working as a Human Resources Manager at EMEA level at Hewlett Packard, Sörge Drosten gained industrial experience in the field of technology and personnel. Sörge Drosten studied business administration at the University of Muenster, graduating with honours, and obtained his doctorate (“summa cum laude”) on “Integrated Organization and Personnel Development in a Learning Organization” after dual studies of business administration, psychology and sociology. Both Wirtschaftswoche and Vertriebsmanager called him one of Germany’s “100 most important head hunters”. Sörge Drosten is a trained executive coach and certified for the assessment tools of Hogan (HPI, HDS, MVPI), SHL (opq), Saville (wave), Talogy, Bochumer Inventar zur berufsbezogenen Persönlichkeitsbeschreibung (BIP), DISG and Thomas Assessments.

Julia Mischner is Managing Director of BOARDLINK Executive Consultants GmbH. Having worked for Kienbaum Consultants International, Germany’s largest executive search firm, for nearly 10 years she has profound and interdisciplinary knowledge in the field of executive search. Based on more than 400 national and international search mandates, Ms. Mischner has established a broad customer base and a solid candidate network, both in medium-sized companies and in the corporate environment.

Already during her studies of humanities and also after obtaining her master’s degree, Ms. Mischner closely collaborated with the executive search management of the Kienbaum Group, supporting the Practice Group Technology in the qualified search for executives. During that period Ms. Mischner gained intensive experience in research and acquired knowledge of project management. As Managing Director of BOARDLINK Executive Consultants GmbH, Julia Mischner’s focus is on industry, services and health. Moreover, she fills interdisciplinary CFO, CTO and CDO positions.

Markus Frosch is a Business Advisor at BOARDLINK Executive Consultants International GmbH. He has been an esteemed C-level executive search and management consultant in German speaking regions for more than 20 years. After working as a management consultant for Arthur Anderson for five years, he became the youngest partner of the Hofmann, Herbold and Partner Group (HHP) and successfully built up the new High Tech / IT / Professional Services Practice Group in executive search.

After the sale of HHP to Korn/Ferry, he became Managing Director of the Korn/Ferry subsidiary Futurestep for Germany, Austria and Switzerland and was responsible for launching the first on-line recruitment service in German speaking countries. As a member and representative of the European Korn/Ferry management team, he was also involved at U.S. headquarters in strategic projects designed to further develop the service portfolio.

From 2002, Markus Frosch was a founding partner and board member of the innovative human resources consultancy Promerit AG. Using an interesting combination of strategy consulting , IT consulting and executive search, he made the company one of the most frequent award-winning consultancy firms in Europe. Promerit AG having been sold to the Mercer Group, Markus Frosch’s activities are now focused on executive search mandates at BOARDLINK Executive Consultants. The rare mixture of strategic consulting and executive search, his own board and management experience in building up organizations, and his interest in quality-focused services makes Markus Frosch a highly valuable sparring partner strongly guided by the search for solutions.

Silvia Dobrindt is Managing Director and owner of BOARDLINK Healthcare GmbH. After 25 years of independent, successful work as a personnel consultant in the health care sector, she expands and completes BOARDLINK’s field of activity with her knowledge and experience. Her well over 1,000 placements are based on her intuition to intuitively bring the right people together.

Before Silvia Dobrindt joined BOARDLINK, she was a partner and managing director of Silvia Dobrindt Beratung im Gesundheitswesen GmbH & Co. KG. The focus of her work was on the targeted recruiting and executive search of managers in the healthcare sector. It has always been her goal to find suitable candidates through exact analysis of the requirements of the vacant position and thus also to contribute to the long-term economic success of the client. Her core competencies also include personnel development, outplacement and newplacement as well as employer branding.
From 2007-2010, Silvia Dobrindt was responsible for the Health Care Practice Group at the Kienbaum Group.
Due to her former position as Head of Finance and Accounting as well as Controlling in a hospital, she was always able to draw on her knowledge of the internal processes of a hospital. These experiences have had a lasting impact on her intuition for people, positions and requirements in the healthcare sector.

Marc Schonagen is Business Advisor at BOARDLINK Executive Consultants International GmbH. He has more than 25 years of international HR leadership experience with leading blue chip organisations such as Heineken, Shell and Sony, combined with experience as a C-level leadership and change consultant. During his career he has managed large international teams and has successfully led Global and European HR functions with a strong focus on talent management.

Marc began his career in 1994 with Sony in Amsterdam and since then, has held a number of international leadership roles in the Netherlands, UK, Denmark and Germany. Within the Sony Group, he was part of the establishment of a joint venture: Sony Ericsson, where he became Head of HR for EMEA region. Marc was invited to join Shell in 2005, first as VP HR Gas & Power in the Headquarters in The Hague and then got promoted to work as Global HR Manager for the Global Trading & Shipping group in London. In 2008, he was appointed Chief HR Officer for GN ReSound, a Danish multinational. 3 years later Marc Schonagen joined Heineken, where he started as Regional HR Director for Western Europe, overseeing 10 countries with annual sales of more than € 7.7 billion (2012) and more than 18,000 FTE‘s. In 2013, he was appointed Global Director HR Transformation, with the main goal to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Global HR workforce of around 1300 FTE’s, across 80 countries. He also worked as Vice President Hertz International between 2015 and mid-2017 being responsible for HR Strategy for all businesses outside of North America. Marc Schonagen subsequently founded his own consulting firm to assist clients with merger and change management processes in the areas of strategy and leadership. Marc has a BA in Human Resources, a Business Science Degree and an INSEAD’s Executive Master degree in Consulting & Coaching for Change.

At BOARDLINK Executive Consultants, he is responsible for all executive searches in the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium from the Amsterdam office. He is also Head of the BOARDLINK Human Resources Practice.

Christian Eidmann is Partner at BOARDLINK Executive Consultants International GmbH. He has gained more than ten years of executive search experience and has successfully managed several hundred client search mandates in a variety of medium-sized and large international corporations.

After graduating as a social scientist and a trainee program in management consulting, Christian Eidmann spent ten years with the renowned management consultancy Weiser, Kuck & Comp. as an executive search consultant. The focus of his consulting activities was on middle and senior management functions. Christian Eidmann supported the customers successfully from the requirements analysis and profiling to the selection process, the presentation and placement of the management position.

As Partner at BOARDLINK Executive Consultants International GmbH focuses Mr. Eidmann across all industries on filling management positions with a commercial and technical focus.

Thi Truong is Managing Director at BOARDLINK Healthcare GmbH. She is responsible for the back office in the health care / hospital sector, including as main task the order and applicant management. Her secondary tasks include full scheduling and travel planning as well as database maintenance. Thi Truong has been trained as a dialogue marketing assistant and has worked in various industries in customer service and sales. Before joining BOARDLINK, she worked for Silvia Dobrindt Personalberatung in the healthcare sector.

Lukas Rosenthal is a Senior Consultant at BOARDLINK Healthcare GmbH. He is a specialist in filling executive positions in the hospital sector, including chief physicians, senior physicians and senior administrative staff of the hospital management.

In addition, Lukas Rosenthal also advises medical practices and medical care centers. Before completing his Master of Science in Psychology at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster, he trained as a state-certified educator. Following his studies, he specialized in 360° personnel consulting in the healthcare sector with a holistic approach. Through his psychology studies, his many years of work in psychiatry and further training as a certified business mediator, Mr. Rosenthal has also qualified himself as a specialist in intra-company conflicts.

Ilka Vetter has extensive experience from 25 years in the executive search sector. At BOARDLINK Executive Consultants GmbH, she is responsible for the research team and supports the management of demanding consulting mandates. Her tasks include the identification, approach and qualification of executives as well as the filling of top management positions. This also includes project organization and coordination.

Before joining BOARDLINK, Ms. Vetter worked for 16 years in executive search at the Kienbaum Group. Prior to that, she worked for the Korn/Ferry Group and von Rundstedt & Partner. She started her career in personnel consulting at the British PA Consulting Group. She has worked in Dr. Sörge Drosten’s team for 20 years.

Rotem Lanzman is a Business Advisor at BOARDLINK Executive Consultants International GmbH. He is also a partner of a radiologic group. Previously he was the managing senior physician at the Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology at the University Clinic of Düsseldorf. After his medical studies in Halle / Saale, Madrid, Essen and Düsseldorf he took a doctoral degree at the University of Duisburg / Essen.

Following his medical specialist training in radiology at the University Clinic of Düsseldorf and a research period at Harvard Medical School in Boston, he qualified as a professor at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf and was appointed associate professor in 2015. During his academic career he initiated and implemented numerous co-operations and projects with companies from the field of medical engineering, the pharmaceutical industry and information technology. In his capacity as a member of the Faculty Council of Heinrich Heine University he also acquired extensive competence in the field of academic self-administration, and as a member of different appointment committees he was involved in filling vacancies in the field of scientific and clinical professorships.

Uyen Nguyen is a Research Consultant at BOARDLINK Healthcare GmbH. Her responsibilities include identifying qualified professional and managerial positions and working closely with them to understand their specific requirements and needs and provide appropriate solutions. Ms. Nguyen brings her communication skills and customer service experience to this role to ensure efficient and successful collaboration. Sandra Lochmann is a Business Advisor at BOARDLINK Executive Consultants International GmbH. She has many years of international management experience at Infineon, BMW and Bayer in the areas of human resources, production, quality management, IT and logistics. As a start up entrepreneur she founded a company specialized in the production of cable harnesses and LED lights. Sandra Lochmann is mother of two sons and knows the professional challenges of female managers very well. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese as well as German and English.

Sandra Lochmann started her career at Siemens in Munich and Brazil with an international trainee program in marketing. Later at Bayer, she held a number of international HR leadership positions in Costa Rica, El Salvador and Leverkusen. At BMW, Sandra Lochmann played a key role in plant set-up and personnel development in Brazil and Mexico. She was responsible for filling management and key positions. She designed and implemented a new and innovative selection process and subsequently became HR Manager for the BMW Service Center in the AMERICAS region. Sandra Lochmann later moved to the production department, where she was jointly responsible for the international BMW 3 Series ramp-up. She gained further experience as global head of quality management system for engine construction including e-drive.

At BOARDLINK, Sandra Lochmann focuses on the aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical and chemical industries as well as on vacant diversity positions. Through her active participation in many women’s networks, the graduate in business administration is very well connected.
